Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our website you agree to the practices described here.
When you place an order, book dock rental, or contact us with questions, we collect the details you provide — your name, email, dock or boat location, delivery address and payment information. We also collect basic technical data like your browser type and the pages you visit, so we can improve your experience and make our marina site easier to navigate.
We maintain rigorous standards for dock safety and vessel security. All berthing records are encrypted and managed through verified systems — we never retain sensitive boat registration details on public servers.
We use cookies to remember your preferred slip location and understand how visitors navigate our marina. You can manage cookies through your browser settings whenever you wish.
You can request to view, update or remove any personal data we hold about your account at any time. Contact us and we'll assist you promptly.
Questions about this policy? Reach out via our contact page and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
